REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your registration details.
  4. Choose PayPal or Check (if you wish to mail in your payment).

  • In this challenging total body pilates-style strengthening class, participants will learn how to isolate the core abdominal muscles and integrate them into complex exercises. This multi-level class is perfect for anyone recovering from childbirth, dealing with pelvic or spine issues, or for the advanced student who wants to take their core strengthening to a deeper level. This class is safe for women with diastasis recti and utilizes the Tupler Technique to promote closure of abdominal separation. 6 classes included per session with one complementary make up.

  • The Pregnancy Workout with Deb & Anne

  • This is the ultimate prenatal/postpartum fitness program. In this pilates-style strengthening class, women will learn the fundamental exercises to feel great during and after pregnancy. Women will stay fit during pregnancy, learn strategies to manage pain, prepare for labor and delivery, and learn rehab skills for postpartum. This class is safe for women with diastasis recti and utilizes the Tupler Technique to promote prevention and closure of abdominal separation.
